Finished in black over caramel leather, this Ferrari California combines a naturally aspirated V8 with a beautifully preserved interior and a few distinctive details. Subtle with the roof closed, full of character with it down.
Originally supplied new in Germany, the car subsequently moved to Japan, where it remained until we imported it to Belgium in 2025. It retains its original paint, is accident-free and presents in exceptional condition inside and out.
The caramel leather interior is a highlight. Daytona-style seats with contrasting inserts and stitching bring warmth to the black exterior, while electric adjustment, heating and memory functions add everyday comfort. This example was specified with the factory rear seat delete option, making it a dedicated two-seater with a leather-trimmed luggage platform and retaining straps behind the seats. An appealing configuration for weekends away.
Under the bonnet sits Ferrari’s naturally aspirated 4.3-litre V8, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. A Power Craft exhaust with remote-controlled valves adds another dimension to the experience: a quieter setting when preferred, and a much more expressive V8 soundtrack with the valves open. It is a fitting Japanese detail on a car that spent much of its life there.
Black five-spoke wheels, yellow brake calipers and Scuderia shields complete the exterior, with carbon-ceramic brakes behind the wheels.
The car has recently received a major service at Forza Motors, together with a new battery and four new Pirelli tyres. The original service book is not present, which is reflected in the asking price.
A carefully preserved California with low mileage, a striking interior and a soundtrack that deserves to be heard.
